  3. Reporting Damaged or Defective Items:
    If you identify any damaged or defective items during the inspection, please notify the courier immediately. They will be able to guide you through the necessary steps to resolve the issue. We may require photographic evidence or a detailed description of the problem to process your claim effectively.

    4.Defective Item Exchange and Return:
       If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We offer two options       for resolving the issue:

    a) Exchange: If you wish to exchange the defective item, please contact our customer service team through our Instagram pager. We will guide you through the exchange process, and you will not be charged any additional fees. We will arrange for the defective item to be picked up by the courier at no cost to you, and the replacement item will be delivered to you as soon as possible.

    b) Return with Delivery Fees: In the event that you do not wish to exchange the defective item, you can choose to return it. Please inform our customer service team via our Instagram page. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. In this case, you will be responsible for paying the return delivery fees.

    Please note that the defective item must be returned in its original packaging, along with all included accessories and documentation.
